  • Presenting loan offers from lenders for your review and optional acceptance
  • Providing educational content, tools (loan calculator), and financial information

Forward Funding does not originate, fund, service, or collect repayments on any loan. All loans are made by independent, licensed lenders. The terms, conditions, and decisions of any loan are solely those of the applicable lender.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use our services and submit a loan application, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  • Be a legal resident of the United States
  • Possess a valid government-issued identification document
  • Have an active US bank account in your legal name
  • Have a verifiable source of income
  • Not be subject to bankruptcy proceedings or court-ordered financial restrictions that would prohibit obtaining credit

Not all loan products are available in all states. Availability is subject to state-specific laws and lender participation in your jurisdiction.

4. Accuracy of Application Information

By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You agree not to misrepresent your identity, income, employment status, or any other material information. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable federal and state law.

You authorize Forward Funding and its lender network to verify the information you provide through third-party sources, including credit bureaus, employment verification services, and bank verification systems.

5. Forward Funding is Not a Lender

Forward Funding is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. We do not determine whether you will be approved for a loan, at what rate, or on what terms. These decisions are made solely by the individual lenders in our network. We do not guarantee that submitting an application will result in a loan offer.

Forward Funding does not guarantee approval, guaranteed rates, or specific loan amounts. Compliant language used on this site — such as "bad credit may be considered" and "all credit histories welcome to apply" — reflects our lender network's inclusive application policies but does not constitute a guarantee of approval or specific loan terms.

6. TILA and Lending Disclosures

All loan offers presented through our platform include disclosures required by the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), including:

  • Annual Percentage Rate (APR) — Representative range: 5.99% to 35.99%
  • Repayment term range: 61 days to 72 months
  • Total repayment amount and total finance charge
  • Monthly payment amount

These disclosures are provided at the individual offer level before you accept. Not all products are available in all states. Review all loan documents from your lender carefully before signing.

7. Credit Inquiries and Authorization

By submitting a loan application, you expressly authorize Forward Funding and its lender network to obtain information about you from credit bureaus and other consumer reporting agencies. The initial rate-check process uses a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your FICO credit score. If you accept a loan offer from a lender, that lender may perform a hard credit inquiry, which will be disclosed to you before completion of the loan agreement.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or services to:

  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading application information
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
  • Engage in scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose under applicable federal or state law
  • Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of our platform

9. Intellectual Property

All content on ForwardFundingLoans.com — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Forward Funding or its content suppliers and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FORWARD FUNDING MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FORWARD FUNDING, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF FORWARD FUNDING HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. FORWARD FUNDING'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Forward Funding and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site or services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your provision of inaccurate information; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Forward Funding is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, except where prohibited by applicable law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits to the extent permitted by law.
